Flavours of Hope
This special meal at Kitsilano Neighbourhood House offers the chance to bring locals together. And, of course, eat, listen to music and engage with all the other diners.

The Breeders at the Commodore Ballroom
Music lovers who rocked the grunge and alt scene in the 1990s have been talking non-stop about the return of the Breeders. The band was formed by the super duo of Kim Deal of Pixies and Tanya Donelly of Throwing Muses, but Donelly left in 1992 and was replaced by Kim’s twin sister, Kelley. Though the band has been quietly active over the years, their new release, All Nerve, has struck a nerve, and the sisters — with bandmates Josephine Wiggs and Jim Macpherson — have hit the road in support of the album. Catch their 鶹ýӳstop at the Commodore Ballroom.
