贵补肠别产辞辞办鈥檚 will be a multi-genre horror series called 鈥淪acred Lies,鈥� and the series is set to begin filming in 麻豆传媒映画this March.
10 episodes of the half-hour show have been ordered, according to Deadline.
鈥淪acred Lies鈥� is about 鈥渁 handless teen who escapes from a cult and finds herself in juvenile detention, suspected of knowing who killed her cult leader.鈥� The story is based on both the Grimm Brothers鈥� tale 鈥淭he Handless Maiden鈥� and the novel 鈥淭he Sacred Lies of Minnow Bly鈥� by Stephanie Oakes, and is being penned by two True Blood writers.
According to Creative BC鈥檚 In Production roster, 鈥淪acred Lies鈥� will film in 麻豆传媒映画from March 15 to May 25. Casting for the show is currently underway.
Facebook launched their video on demand service, called Facebook Watch, in August 2017. At the time, Facebook told Media in Canada there was no news regarding a Canadian rollout for the service, which means unless something changes before 鈥淪acred Lies鈥� starts streaming, we won鈥檛 be able to see it where it鈥檚 filmed.
