CircusWest pays tribute to the vastness of the cosmos in an original circus production featuring young local performers. Chronicling the journey of four stargazers, mystical Zodiac characters such as Sagittarius, Libra, Aries and Scorpio guide the stargazers on their way while the sun character weaves mayhem in a gyroscopic spinning hoop. Constellations come to life as aerial dancers high above the centre ring and jugglers create a starry sky through dazzling object manipulation.
Created by Jay Nunns, the show also includes trapeze, acrobalance, unicyclists, stilts, dance, tissu and trampoline. CircusWest is a comprehensive circus arts centre for all ages offering children, teens and adults an opportunity to run away with the circus in an encouraging, non-competitive environment.
