The unlucky Kensington Branch, which has flooded twice in its short lifetime, won't open until Dec. 2. The 麻豆传媒映画Public Library had hoped to open the branch Nov. 29. It was closed after a water pipe burst in the ceiling above the branch meeting room in early October. Finalizing repairs has delayed the opening. The loan periods for all items borrowed from this branch have been extended until Dec. 20. Late fees will not be charged, but materials can be returned to any other library branch. The closest branches are Collingwood at 2985 Kingsway, Renfrew at 2969 East 22nd Ave. and Mount Pleasant at 1 Kingsway, East Seventh and Kingsway.
