Not every presentation to council causes such stress. However, the city is reviewing its council meeting procedures to see if there is a simpler and more efficient way for people to speak at council meetings.
It is inviting people to share their thoughts and experiences in an online survey. It will take 12 minutes to complete. People who haven鈥檛 addressed council are also invited to participate.
Comments will be taken into consideration when council changes the procedural bylaw toof all meetings at council.
