To become one of the dancers in the World Umbrella Dance during the 2013 麻豆传媒映画Cherry Blossom Festival, rehearsals start February 26 at the False Creek Community Centre.
Shiamak Davar Dance Team leads this pop-up event, which takes place in the grand setting of the 麻豆传媒映画Art Gallery Plaza on April 13 and bounces to a Bollywood beat with live taiko drumming by Tetsu Taiko.
The Cherry Blossom Festival is April 4 to 30 and includes food, dance, plain-air painting, a photo contest and a haiku contest.
