Olympic gold medalist Ross Rebagliati hooks up with the Telus World of Science to discuss the science of snowboarding. The adults-only event includes a presentation from Rebagliati, a look at the first-ever outerwear snow gear from Westbeach snowboard and clothing company, and an examination of the triple base technology of Bataleon snowboards. Science World also offers the Cold Show and local snowboarding films. The Science of Snowboarding is Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 at the door and include a drink.
