The second annual Triple Crown for Heart, a charity cycling event benefiting B.C. Children's Hospital, takes place July 30. The ride offers a unique challenge because the route entails riding three North Shore mountains--Seymour, Grouse and Cypress. The event is a fully supported group ride with a following party on top of Cypress Mountain. There's a $45 entry fee for adults and charitable receipts will be issued.
