The English Bay Leaseholders Association invites all leaseholders in the West End to their annual general meeting Saturday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m. in the Denman Room, located within the West End Community Centre. The agenda includes new information about financing and insurance for leasehold apartments and progress on issues with the Ministry of Housing. A modest donation towards costs, such as room rental for the AGM, is appreciated. The centre is located at 870 Denman St.
