An online fundraising campaign has been launched to help with costs for the funeral of Squamish's Bekah Mann who died Sunday in a three-car crash on the Sea to Sky Highway.
Mann, 24, was on her way to work when it happened, her sister Joy Pringle told The Chief Monday.

"She worked at Whistler Olympic Park and helped with me my small painting business, Spreading Joy Painting," Pringle said.
The collision happened just north of Squamish near Black Tusk on Highway 99 at about noon on Sunday, according to Squamish RCMP.
"[Bekah] was a person that you could talk to and she would deeply care and listen with full compassion. She brought joy through the many artworks she created. She loved spending time with her large family and enjoyed every moment that she got to spend with her nieces and nephews. Bekah saw the beauty of life and the nature she lives in. She loved to go out on hikes exploring the hidden wonders [in] the mountains," reads the online fundraising page.
Pringle was 12 years old when Mann, the youngest of six, was born. Pringle cut her sister's umbilical cord, she recalled.
"She moved from the city to live with me and this was her 'soft launch,'" added Pringle.
"We live together, worked together and she loved the Sea to Sky. She moved here this summer to live with me and all she wanted to do was explore and adventure. Her plan was to travel the world. She was so full of life and amazing. I miss her and I wish things were different. I love my sister. She was so creative, colourful, loving, caring and weird! We had so much fun being goofy and laughing. She will truly be missed."
Mann's wish was to be buried in nature in a bio urn that will grow into a tree, according to the fundraising page.
"Unfortunately. this wish cannot be fulfilled without support as Bekah’s passing is not only a huge emotional burden on her family but also a huge financial burden."
