Know someone in Grades 4 or 5? Let them know they can ski and ride for free with the Grades 4 and 5 SnowPass. (There is an administrative and delivery fee of $22.) The Canadian Ski Council has been providing kids in grades 4 and 5 with free skiing and snowboarding for 15 years with the Grade 4 & 5 SnowPass program. This winter, the organization already processed more than 23,000 applications for the SnowPass program. There are 60 ski areas on the Canada West SnowPass card, including the three North Shore ski hills, and 92 ski areas on the Canada East SnowPass card. For a complete list of participating ski areas and to apply online, visit snowpass.ca. Some hills require adult accompaniment of the child.
