Because it’s one of the most popular events of the Halloween season in Vancouver, Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret keeps the location of the Parade of Lost Souls secret until midnight on the eve of Halloween. The parade, which features jugglers, actors, singers, musicians, acrobats, spirits and more, is an inclusive celebration of the arts for thousands of spectators each year. An after party runs 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. See .
