The city decided to cancel what it said were poorly attended information meetings of past years. People can find general and detailed information about the draft budget, participate in moderated discussion forums and take an online survey at vancouver.ca. City council will hold a public hearing on the budget prior to its final consideration and approval of the plan in March. That date will be announced shortly.
