Cancer patients and their loved ones are invited to the B.C. Cancer Agency Community Cancer Forum-a free public forum. The forum will help patients, supporters, and caregivers learn how to better navigate care and treatment. Topics include tools for stress reduction, ways for teens and young adults with cancer to stay active, returning to work after cancer, and how to provide support to cancer patients and their families. Admission is free; pre-registration is not required. The event is from 9: 30 a.m. to 3: 30 p.m. at Westin Bayshore Hotel, 1601 Bayshore Dr., Dec. 3. Parking at the Westin Bayshore is a flat rate of $5 for the day with a voucher.
