Dave Rawson’s latest traffic circle creation has a romantic feel about it.
The North Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»resident has been near his home at Moody Avenue and 16th Street for the past decade, planting flowers, installing homemade bird houses, and marking national holidays with colourful signs fashioned from wood.
This week the traffic circle is coated with sweet Valentine's Day messages.Ìý
