• Jason Botchford says that Ronalds Kenins has lost his abrasive style and hasn鈥檛 been good enough in the pre-season. Honestly, I feel like Kenins has quietly had a pretty solid pre-season and has been more physical than Botchford suggests. []

• Who could upset Connor McDavid for the Calder this season? Sportsnet put together a list and Jake Virtanen鈥檚 on it, but he鈥檒l first have to make it past 9 games. Also, the only way he has any chance on the Calder is if he goes back to Junior this year and saves his rookie season for next year. [闭听
