We're foregoing our usual "extravaganza" on today's trade deadline open thread, because it seems pretty clear that the Canucks have made their moves. Their biggest trade piece remaining is Ryan Miller and it looks like he won't be on the move.
Just been told by Canucks source, Ryan Miller will not be traded today.

With that said, there are other moves being made and the busiest time at the deadline is often after noon eastern time. It's possible that the Canucks could move a defenceman and if they could somehow get something — anything — for pending UFAs Jayson Megna and Philip Larsen, then I will be thrilled. Also, I will be immediately launching an investigation into who this impostor pretending to be Jim Benning really is.
Anyways, the comments are open. Let's talk trades.
