The beginning of an era for V.I.A.

To the average person this photo of an empty office in the business district of downtown Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»probably wouldn't strike much of a chord.

To the average person this photo of an empty office in the business district of downtown Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»probably wouldn't strike much of a chord. The composition of a mess of jackets and briefcase on the couch, a relatively empty desktop and the dull light of a Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»fall trying to break through the windows won't be winning any awards for evoking emotions by way of a photograph. But to me this photo that I to Instagram earlier today symbolizes the beginning of an exciting new era for this media company that I founded almost five years ago. That's right, we've moved into a new space!

For the last couple of years we had our office on East Pender in Chinatown in a cozy space above our friends at Blim, but just as we were outgrowing it an incredible opportunity came up in the heart of downtown, just steps from the Burrard Skytrain station. So as of today we're now located at:

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»

410-535 Thurlow Street

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»BC, V6E 3L2

(I've included the postal code and made it bold because I'm hoping you'll make note of it and send us some snail mail!)

The new digs are quite a bit roomier than our previous space and as artwork gets hung on the walls and it starts to look more like an actual office (and not just an empty space) I'll give you a proper tour from reception, to my office pictured above, to our flex space and the view out that window that the sun is trying to make its way into.

It's an exciting day for V.I.A.! Time to celebrate by deciding where the artwork should be hung, so if you'll excuse me I've got some work to do...
