Last week after Bob made , I remembered that Ethical Bean also has a cafe at their head office which is at 1315 Kootenay, right near .
It's a beautiful little shop but, what really got me going was this magical machine they had. Usually my coffee comes from a big urn or a pot, but not at this place, they have in their possession a Clover machine. I know there are a couple other places in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»that have one too, but this was the first time I've come across it. I'm not really quite sure how the whole thing works, but you get a choice of a bunch of different types of coffee, and more importantly, you get a fresh...fresh cup and then some everytime, which in my books makes this machine a couple diodes shy of a . I did some poking around on the internet and it's like the electric car of coffee machines.
It's open Monday to Friday......and totally worth it....
