Victoria police are looking for the owner of a camera found during a break-in investigation and believe a wedding picture could help.
The camera, a black Canon Powershot SX0IS, was found on Jan. 23 when patrol officers were investigating a break-in on the 700 block of Johnson Street. Officers have been unable to locate the owner.
The camera contains images of a family celebrating a wedding. For this reason, officers believe it holds strong sentimental value and they are anxious to see the camera returned.
If you recognize anyone in this photograph, please call the police non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
